How we began making Hypnosis Tapes

In 1977 we began to experiment with audio siounds and how they applied to the human hearing system. Before Working in a small recording studio.We produced our first hypnosis tapes, primarily to help support the work we were doing with my patients. We looked at other similar tapes available at the time and there were not alot of them out there. We found most were poorly produced with many had bad sound and looked like something that was slapped together fast.

We knew that there were many therapists making tapes but very few understood recording methods and had little knowledge of the feild of audio. You can be a great at therapy but if the tape is hard to listen to, with hiss and no quality on the speech, then they why bother, your'e just going to irratate the patient. So we choose to produce a seris of tapes that were well written with the emphasis on making them effective. They became very popular and we received some great feedback from patients, this told us how good we thought them to be, which was very wonderful.

We developed other hypnotic recording methods to make the the entire program more effective. Some of the things we use now are to guide the listener into a deep trance using clinical hypnotherapy induction techniques

We are now working on some new titles and re-recording older titles for CD format.
