I couldn't convince you to lose weight anymore than I could convince you to sell all of your possessions and give the money to the poor!
But,I can help you become a thin person again,once you've decided that's what you really want.
Let me start by asking you a question. And please consider it carefully.
Do you really know why you can't lose weight? I mean.... Have you ever really stopped long enough to spend some time thinking about it?
Let's talk (think?) about it for a moment NOW. Because the answer to that question contains the true secret. Once you begin to discover this secret,all else will fall into place.
Let's look at it logically. Others have lost weight with great odds against them, and yet they've been successful.
So whats the difference between you and them?
The difference is that they now understand something that most people go through their whole life searching to learn. The people who have successfully lost weight and stayed a thin person have had a glimpse into the one and only mental misunderstanding that still holds you back!
You see....research has made some astounding discoveries. they've learned that your mind has a series of "switches" for triggering your desire to eat and even more powerful switches for turning it off!
AND
These eating switches can be turned off relatively easily and quickly, because you were naturally born with them!
In other words, the "instruction" manual that will enable you to lose weight already resides within you!!
The key to unlocking the door to a lose weight you is really as simple as understanding what's really going on in your mind and finding the right trigger to unleash the wonderful power of your mind to automatically make you a thin person again!
Sound a lot simpler than it really is? Well,maybe. But I can tell you this,once your mind is instructed to take control and guided to make the right 'connections" and your subconscious unleashes its awesome power, it can truly be that simple! I've seen it happen in all the lives of real people thousands of times.
Lets talk about control a little, and about how much control eating has over your life.
Webster's defines habit as: "a thing done often"
What has happened is that you have developed the habit of overeating simply by repeating the act of eating over and over again until it has become a part of you.
It's become second nature, you do it without thinking.
You've literally trained your mind (unconsciously) to associate eating with your daily activities. You have allowed overeating to become so much a part of you,that your subconscious mind associates those activities with eating and "eat" without hardly thinking about it!
You always eat on the way to work, you always eat at work...on breaks, in front of the television, you always just eat.
You just do, you don't even think about! You've simply associated eating with these activities for so long that you have convinced your brain that eating is a natural extension of these activities!
But let's face it.It's not. you and I both know you were naturally born not to overeat. I don't think it's going to far out on a limb to get you to accept the fact that it isn't natural (natures intention or plan) for you to overeat. Let's face it. Over the years you've taught your mind that you desire to overeat.
You have allowed the overeating habit to take control......
And you must decide if you want that control back!
You see....everything begins in your mind....long before it's expressed in the physical world!
Take a minute and think about the many activities you accomplish during the day without and conscious effort. Walking,for instance. You don't have to consciously tell yourself which muscles to move.Once you've learned how to walk,your mind preforms the "walking program tape" that resides in your subconscious mind. When you walk, you simply do it.... automatically, without even thinking about it!
Talking is another good example, you've been doing it since you can't even remember.
But each time you hold a conservation, you don't consciously think about the placement of your tongue, or the movement of your jaw, or the correct shape of your mouth to make sure the words are pronounced correctly! Your subconscious mind already has the program stored, and it plays it automatically when you 'trigger" it to!
The list of activities that the subconscious mind controls are too numerous to possibally mention them all,but there is one that we want to draw your attention to.
You see, the subconscious mind also holds the program and "triggers" for your eating habit!
But you have trained your subconscious mind to believe that overeating is a activity you desire and like,through you repetitive actions, So,what you need to do is find the "switch/trigger" to remove the overeating program out of your mind! That's right,you need to take control and instruct your subconscious mind to return back to the program state you were naturally born with and that you no longer need or want to overeat!
I know you're probably saying "i've been doing that,i've tried positive thinking.... I've tried to convince and tell myself not to overeat for years....it just doesn't work.
You're right.Those things don't work, because they are working on the wrong end of the problem!
