What has happened is that you have developed the habit of smoking simply by repeating the act of eating over and over again until it has become a part of you.
It's become second nature, you do it without thinking.
You've literally trained your mind (unconsciously) to associate smoking with your daily activities. you have allowed eating to become so much a part of you, that your subconscious mind associates those activities with smoking and "smoke" without hardly thinking about it!
You always smoke on the way to work, you always smoke at work...on breaks, in front of the television, you always just smoke.
You just do,you don't even think about! You've simply associated smoking with these activities for so long that you have convinced your brain that eating is a natural extension of these activities!
But let's face it.It's not. you and us both know you were naturally born not to smoke. We don't think it's going to far out on a limb to get you to accept the fact that it isn't natural (natures intention or plan) for you to smoke. Let's face it. Over the years you've taught your mind that you desire to smoke.
You have allowed the smoking habit to take control......
And you must decide if you want that control back!
You see....everything begins in your mind....long before it's expressed in the physical world!
Take a minute and think about the many activities you accomplish during the day without and conscious effort. Walking,for instance. You don't have to consciously tell yourself which muscles to move. Once you've learned how to walk,your mind preforms the "walking program tape" that resides in your subconscious mind. When you walk,you simply do it.... automatically, without even thinking about it!
Talking is another good example, you've been doing it since you can't even remember.
